Purchasing staff:

a./ Job description
– Find out suppliers, contact Vietnam company and foreign suppliers to get infomation, price quotation of items
– Analysis of received quotes, estimates of import costs (freight charges, import taxes …)
– Drafting foreign trade contracts and negotiating treaties
– Direct the drafting / drafting of correspondence / emails dealing with foreign partners in English.
– Prepare payment documents (L / C opening, money transfer ..)
– Carrying out the necessary works on international transportation to take goods to the warehouse
– Proceeding with Customs declaration
– Transport the goods to the warehouse
b. / Request
– The staff must be knowledge in import and export
– At least 2 years of experience in the same position
– Good command of English (listening – speaking – reading – writing)
– Graduated the University in field: economics, foreign trade, foreign languages
– Priority to experience buying on electrical products, security, fire alarms, access control, software … ..
– Agile, honest, careful, hard-working
